1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Your order was not delivered due to issues on our end.

  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g., double charges).


2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or consumed.

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to change of mind.

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged).


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@tamaq.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief reason for the request, and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

  • Please note: Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.


5. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund. We’ll promptly ship the corrected item at no extra cost.


6. Shipping Charges

Refunds do not include shipping charges, unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item delivered).
